Why Graduated
A Graduated alert means a launch has left the launchpad and its liquidity now sits in a regular pool.
In short: the first hours of a token decide most outcomes. ICC Announcement follows Graduated on Solana because that is where supply, liquidity and holder spread are still settling.
Launch-stage tokens change fastest. Liquidity is thin, holders are few and one wallet can move the chart. ICC Announcement reads each Graduated alert as a starting point for checks, never as a verdict.
One habit: Compare market cap with liquidity. A small pool under a large cap means a thin exit. Check the top ten holders, the share held by the deployer and whether liquidity is locked or burned before anything else.

- A token you can buy but not sell.

- When a token leaves its launchpad curve and starts trading in an open pool.

Screening rule
ICC Announcement narrows the Graduated lane on Solana with a simple, public screen:
- liquidity at least $5.0K
- at least 250 holders
- top-10 wallets holding at most 40 %
Checked against the latest 48 alerts in the lane (about 5 hours): 11 passed. Median values for the passing alerts: cap $104.8K, liquidity $25.8K, holders 582. 4 out of 48 alerts showed a pool smaller than a tenth of the cap — a warning sign on its own. Median concentration in the lane: 20 % of supply in the top ten wallets.
